So I gave up after a few hours of fiddling with it and printed out a paper claim and sent it snail mail.
#A claim letter should open with license
It would not take a photo but my Driver's License etc.

The ID.me did not work and it was a part of me filing a new claim. I finally did refile a new claim on 4/19 via snail mail. But every certification after the end of March has gone pending. Early April enough was added to cover my claim till September (the new extension). The new extension was added to my account but I am stuck on pending. Anybody have similar situation? I'm in Limbo right now. I'd like to speak to EDD for my specific situation But can't reach CR- apparently NOBODY can and their email has a drop-down menu with headers that don't pertain to me- I'd like to just open new claim per the letter but I'm afraid my account will be totally screwed.

I received a letter same week dated to open New Claim effective October 2020- but problem is I still have over 3k in my current FED-ED account and weeks pending and week(s) available to certify. Everything was cool, kept log of job searches and certified, I was not automatically paid like before, but had weeks pending HOWEVER last month March I was paid, then paid for two weeks, last time I was paid was Apfor 4 pending certifications. She then said I qualified for FED-ED and would start with new balance- received letter in the mail confirming. I was on regular UI start October 2019, qualified PEUC around August 2020, had one payment left but home page instructed to "reopen new claim." I called February 2021, miraculously got through and CR told me NOT to reopen new claim, she certified Last PEUC payment so my balance would be down to $0- explained that if any remaining balance on current account should NOT open new claim- stall up any new account.
